Dehydrated porcini mushroom sauce
Mushroom sauce excellent with pasta or polenta.

Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group), parsley and onion.
How to prepare it:
In a medium frying pan, soak 1 tablespoon of preparation each in a little water,
after 10 minutes of cooking, sauté in the oil.
